Governor Chukwuma Soludo has apologized to the Anambra people over the ugly scenes that occurred at his inauguration ceremony yesterday.
During the ceremony, a tussle ensued between wife of the outgoing governor of the state, Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano and Bianca Ojukwu, a politician, diplomat and wife of the late Biafran president, Chukuemeka Ojukwu.
In a statement released by his media aide, Governor Soludo confirmed the fight. He also added that it was caused by personal issues between both parties.

The Statement read;
The breach was caused by improper communication which itself arose from a personal issue between the two parties involved.
Steps are being taken to resolve the misunderstanding and restore the parties to their previous relationship. Anambra State has over the years been known for a huge stock of social harmony, and the stock will increase substantially in the years ahead as part of the concerted effort to accelerate the state’s development.
