Mother Dominica Odita was born on 10th September 1942. She is the second child and first daughter of late Moses Odita of Ogbeoza village Onitsha.
She is one of the 3 surviving daughters out of the 8 children of late Moses Odita.
She started her profession as a Reverend sister in 1965, later becoming the Supreme Mother General of the Immaculate heart of Mary congregation in 2004.
In 2015, she celebrated the golden jubilee of her divine vocation.
Yesterday, in the presence of family, friends, and dignitaries, she celebrated her 80th birthday!
The celebration which was a grand one, had the Agbogidi, Ndi ichie, Ndi Agabalanze, Ndi Odu, and people of Onitsha in attendance.
