Life is likened to a movie and we own our own independent scripts, everyone we meet along the line is a colleague and we must learn to bring the best out of each other if we want to get a good movie out of life. Our environment is filled with people who have virtues that we need to make our journey to the top easier so its best to team up, they say, team work makes the dream work.

Pursue your vision and clearly outline the roles of each individual you come across on that journey. Our life is built on achieved results and not fantasies so knowing the role of communication in bridging the use of needed human resource is key.  Creating a point where you understand peoples views and beliefs and can fine tune that into progress on your path is a very strong added advantage.

While youths in Nigeria have ambitions and goals, and believe that Education plays a big role in helping their dreams come to pass, a re-occurring issue is the rate of strikes in the country. But it seems like not every University wants to continue the strike , as more are concerned about the well being of their students and their abilities to finish up their curriculum. This will aid faster graduation dates , and avoid the frustration that students face when there are continuous strike issues from time to time. One of such institutions is Delta State University , Abraka. While other schools are observing the directive from ASSU, there is an exclusive letter that has been released to inform students that they are to resume and not adhere to the strike by ASSU.
