Onitsha and Nnewi are two commercial vibrant cities in Anambra State and as expected the crime rate will be high, this informed the reason His Excellency Willie Obiano(Akpokuedike of Aguleri) Governor of Anambra State has to support already improved security operations under the area commands of Onitsha and Nnewi, which will guarantee crime-free and peaceful Christmas.
Gov. Willie Obiano reiterated while presenting the motorbikes to Mr Sam Okaula the Anambra Police Commissioner at the Government Lodge Amawbia on 21st of December, that policemen should desist from acts that will bring shame to police force like indulging in extortion and other unprofessional practices.
