No Minister Attends House Of Reps Summon

We discover that in the past, Nigerians were never particular about tribal sentiments in respect to how we live and exist together, as a matter of fact, an Igbo man could easily travel to a place like Jos, set up his spare part business and become the major distributor of that product in the whole of Jos with an active customer base and support from government policies.

The truth is, nothing has really changed but the aspect of which individuals  who do not have the country at heart have been painting the situation to be, one example is the NYSC structure. We realize that till date, Igbo’s are still posted to the North and South, while people from the North are posted to other parts of the country, without issues; after their NYSC, they return home peacefully and continue life. The value for lives must be returned to the structure of Nigeria , because it will aid growth and sustainable plans, if the people who the policies are made for, are alive and able to feel the provisions, then that makes the whole idea of governance a success.

While the House of Representatives took certain steps to summon some ministers to give more clarity on the train attack, it has been reported that none of the ministers showed up but only sent representatives. The invited personalities were Chief of Air Staff; the DG of Federal Aviation Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Managing Director of Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC), Fidet Okhiria; minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, Chief of Army Staff, Faruk Yahaya; the Inspector General of Police, Usman Akali, the National Security Adviser, Mohammed Monguno.
