While it has been recorded that many candidates have started to lobby delegates to get a slice of winning their primary election, there’s a report that a serving Nigerian solider has voluntarily resigned in other to campaign for The former Governor of Anambra State, Mr. Peter Obi, who is an aspirant under the PDP.
