Owing to the infrastructural developments as well as the security architecture in Anambra state, ex Minister of Aviation, Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode has lauded Governor, Chief Willie Obiano for his efforts in this regard.
Fani-Kayode who gave this commendation while on a visit to the Anambra State governor at the Governor’s Lodge in Onitsha called for support for Chief Willie Obiano from Anambra citizens.
He also emphasized on the fact that his visit wasn’t political, rather it was geared towards building bridges across party divide. As a matter of fact, he was on a tour of Southern states and this also paved the way for him to visit his friends. More importantly, the tour paved way for him to visit the ongoing Anambra Airport.
Speaking on the airport, he stated that the Anambra airport project is extraordinary in size and design; hence when completed, the runway will be the longest in Nigera.
He admonished the governor to remain focused and ensure that whoever succeeds him will continue and build up on his legacy.
In addition, he spoke on Igbo presidency where he asserted that it ought to be done in order to achieve peace and stability. To this end, Ndi Igbo has to seek support and confidence of stakeholders outside the South East.
