After a decade of hits, Davido dropped his awaited 4th album ‘Timeless,’ breaking numerous records.
In another landmark feat, Davido’s ‘Timeless’ made the Billboard Staff list for the top 50 albums of 2023.
The record-breaking album was ranked 39th and was described as a landmark album in the global explosion of Afrobeats.
‘Timeless’ is the sole African album on the list alongside globally acclaimed albums. Olivia Rodrigo’s ‘Guts’ tops the list, a contender for the 2024 Grammys Album of the Year.

‘Timeless’ followed Davido’s short break, building anticipation and achieving commercial success. It’s Davido’s inaugural Grammy-nominated album, up for Best Global Album at the 2024 Grammys.
Similarly, ‘Unavailable’ feat Musa Keys and ‘Feel’ which are two of the foremost hit records on the album were nominated for Best African Music Performance and Best Global Music Performance respectively.
