Florence Otedola aka Dj Cuppy, daughter of Billionaire business mogul Femi Otedola has revealed that she and her fiance, American professional boxer, Ryan Taylor met 25 days to their engagement.
The disc jockey made a post on her Twitter handle stating that she can officially announce that she is engaged.
Prior to this, photos from her engagement had surfaced on social media last week and this came as a shock to social media users aka online inlaws. According to them, nobody knew the Pink-haired DJ was in any relationship until the time of her engagement.
Explaining how and when she met her lover, Cuppy revealed that they met during a celebrity motor rally event, Gumball 3000.

She wrote, “I can officially announce that I’m engaged!
Only 25 days ago during @Gumball3000 driving rally, I met the love of my life.
Sometimes you fall for the MOST unexpected person at the MOST unexpected time and for the MOST unexpected reason.
I love you deep @RyanTaylor”
However, she quoted the tweet with “Oooops I meant my fiancé @RyanTaylorbmx”, after she was chastised by tweeps for tagging the wrong account as her fiance.
A tweep, @pitdesi wrote, “25 days not enough time to learn his twitter handle” . While @UgwunnaEjikem wrote, “That’s not his handle, sister in Christ” with a crying emoji.

Recall that a few days ago, Cuppy’s fiance, Ryan Taylor was rumored to be having an affair with someone else. A day before he proposes to the billionaire daughter, he was spotted in viral video with British influencer, Fiona Michelle. This made concerned online inlaws question Cuppy’s choice of man.
A controversial tweep, @DanielRegha wrote, “@Cuppy rumours have it that ur fiance (Ryan Taylor) is being unfaithful, u are acting like it’s funny but this is a serious issue that shouldn’t be overlooked; It will be in ur best interest to investigate & qu!t the relationship if the stories are true. Better safe than sorry.”

Responding to the rumor, Cuppy hinted in a tweet that she did not want a perfect love story. According to her, the concept of a perfect relationship is ‘cliche’.
She wrote, “Who wants that “perfect” love story anyway? Cliché.”
Meanwhile, in the early weeks of November, Cuppy shared on Twitter that someone she does not have time for bought her a rolex for her 30th birthday.
She tweeted, “So this guy bought me a rolex for my birthday. …and I STILL don’t have time for him.”
