Vice President Yemi Osibanjo has been part of the Federal Executive Council meeting virtually after his discharge from Duchess International Hospital.
Inland Town media reports that the Vice President had been admitted to a Lagos-based hospital in July after a surgical procedure on his femur.

Osinbajo’s Senior Special Assistant on Media, Laolu Akande, said the professor of law had an injury following a game of squash.
According to a report made available, a statement released by the Medical Director of the Duchess hospital, Dr. Adedoyin Dosunmu-Ogunbi, noted that the procedure was performed by a team comprising of six specialist Doctors.
Tweeting via his official Twitter handle on Wednesday, Laolu Akande noted that the Vice President joined the Wednesday FEC meeting virtually.

He also tweeted, thanking everyone for the get-well wishes sent to the Vice President.
