Tragedy was reported in Onitsha yesterday in the night a fuel truck encountered a brake failure making it fall in front of a filling station opposite Dennis Memorial Grammar School Oguta road Onitsha. As it fell fire engulfed which razed down the filling and about twenty houses on the upper new market axis were affected by the inferno fortunately no life was lost.
It the effort of fire service from Delta state to control the fire by that time a lot of damages was recorded.
Governor Obiano and Obi Alfred Achebe visited the location of the tragedy to see the damages and console the victims.
