Recall that seven students from Queen of the Rosary College, Onitsha, defeated over five thousand other teams from around the world to win the Global Prize Award at the Diamond Challenge Global Summit in April, 2021.
The girls namely: Chisom Iwuno, Amara Okechukwu, Chidimma Okoye, Mmesoma Nnaji, Sandra Mgbafulu Stephanie Anozie and Chinyere Iheator, have once again done something spectacular by designing a special app that enables students to carry out scientific experiments from home.
An Onitsha based businessman, John Chuma has gifted the girls news sets of laptops to encourage them and show his support for their talent and wit.
We hope to hear more and see more amazing works done by our girls. Kudos to them so far.
