If we adopt consistency and creativity in communicating with one another, the possibility of conflict arising may not see the light of the day, because we naturally will not add it to the menu, this means that in the position where our messages are rejected or not understood early, we will only resolve to trying again, and adding better elements to make it acceptable, than cutting off the channels of communication via conflict. The variables that determine the efficiency of a system always depend on how best there is room for achieving collective plans and agendas because it serves as a pivot for development, and also builds a bridge for the future generation to get involved with only positive ventures.
