The Miss Motherland Nigeria Pageant has announced a strategic partnership with leading property investment firm Serenity Settlement Real Estate and Developer ahead of its 2025 grand finale.

The collaboration aims to strengthen cultural awareness and national unity among Nigerian women both at home and abroad.

Revealed earlier today, the alliance combines two complementary missions: cultural empowerment and community development. The pageant, widely known for celebrating African heritage beyond beauty, will work closely with Serenity Settlement to spotlight tradition, identity, and youth empowerment through events leading up to the annual contest.

“Miss Motherland is not just a beauty contest; it’s a cultural movement to celebrate and preserve African identity,” said Prince Timi Abiri, convener of the event.

Nnamdi Emmanuel Mba, CEO of Serenity Settlement, who oversees real estate operations in Lagos, Enugu, and other Nigerian cities, emphasised the alignment of their values. “Real estate isn’t just about buildings; it’s about building legacies and preserving our roots. Partnering with Miss Motherland allows us to support a cause that celebrates where we come from,” Mba stated.

The 2025 edition of the pageant kicked off in April with a press launch and will climax on August 22 in Lagos, Nigeria’s cultural and creative hub. Contestants will participate in cultural exhibitions, creative challenges, and traditional showcases highlighting Africa’s rich heritage.

The winner will receive a brand-new car among other top prizes. Organisers believe the partnership marks a fusion of business and tradition that will inspire a new generation of culturally aware and socially conscious African women.
