In all honesty, so many of the issues we face in Nigeria is a reflection of how bad the family systems have become over time, as we advance in our technological adventures and growth. When we look at the society and notice how many young youths are driving flashy cars, we see a father or an uncle or a mother behind, because they really don’t care if the youth will die in a year or two , but they are concerned about the fact that they are their next of kins, all of this shows that the society has the family units as their problems first of all.
While we need to attend to all societal ills as it affects the general well being of everyone in the society, it has been reported that a corps member in Osogbo , Osun State is a victim of rape. It was reported that the Hotel manager who is the suspect will appear in court on the 5th, April , 2022.
Throwing more light on the issue The Police Spokesperson,Yemisi Opalola, said the police had concluded their investigations on the issue .
Ms Opalola said that police had concluded the investigation on the matter. She furthered said the NYSC has been supportive through the process of investigations. The Hotel is said to be located in the GRA area of Osogbo, and the manager was arrested after raping a corps member who is serving in the hotel as her PPA. On that faithful day the rape incident was reported to have occurred at about 8:30 p.m. on March 25th, during the time shift of the victim
