A month before her wedding, Amaka Ofodile was involved in a fatal accident in 2018 that claimed the lives of all the passengers in the vehicle leaving her as the only survivor.
As if losing her pregnancy was not enough, Amaka sustained a spinal cord injury that resulted in the paralysis of her four limbs and thereby rendered her immobile.
She is also battling hypertension, peptic ulcer disease, hypoglycemic episodes, and retinal inflammatory disease.
Before now, she has undergone a series of surgeries to improve her health condition.
As it stands, Amaka is currently on the brink of losing her life if she does not get urgent medical help.
However, to help Amaka live and regain her general wellness, she has been scheduled to undergo stem cell surgery, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy.
To achieve this and get Amaka back on her feet, we need ₦15,000,000 (15 million Naira).
