Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State has approved the appointment of three second-class Emirs for the Rano, Gaya, and Karaye Emirates.
A statement from the Governor’s Spokesperson, Mr. Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, clarified that these new Emirates will serve as second-class, with Kano remaining the first-class Emirate.
