Governor Willie Obiano has called on Ndi Anambra to work hand in hand to expose criminal elements within their environs so as to restore peace to the state.
This call was made through the Governor’s Deputy, Dr Nkem Okeke during a church service at Saint Monica’s Anglican Church Enugwu-Ukwu in Njikoka Council Area.
Government House Correspondent, Emmanuel Okonkwo reports that Governor Obiano who has been devastated by the recent activities of hoodlums in the state, asked people of the state not to panic as actions are already in place to put an end to the violence.
The Governor reminded Ndi Anambra that security of the state is not left to just the government but a duty for all in the state. He laid emphasizes on the need for religious bodies to continually show their support with their prayers.
