Reports reaching us states that police men, who are attached to the Borneo State Police Command were able to gallantly defuse a bomb which was planted at the IDP Camp, located in Konduga LGA of Borno State. The discovery of the bomb was made by residents who noticed a sack in their environment and naturally suspected that it was an IED ( Improvised Explosive Device ).
The intelligent and smart men from the Borno state police command discovered this bomb at Dalori internally-displaced persons camp (IDP). Once they noticed this with other members of the Camp, they endeavored to make everyone stay away as a precautionary measure, while they patiently waited for the Anti- Bomb Squad. The team came and confirmed it was a bomb but were able to defuse it , while everyone stayed safe as no life was lost.
