Anambra State House of Assembly member, Mr Obinna Emeneka representing Anambra East Constituency has sponsored a free medical outreach in his constituency and this is third free medical outreach he is sponsoring in three years.
Mr Emeneka said he would always fulfill his promises to his constituency while speaking to the newsmen at Obu-Gad Enugwu Aguleri, Anambra East Local Government Area (LGA) during the outreach.
“I am here with a team of medical practitioners to give medical aid, advice and services to the people of Anambra East who are sick and cannot afford to pay for their drugs as promised which is also in line with the blueprint of Gov. Willie Obiano-led administration, who is making a big impact on healthcare through the Anambra State Health Insurance Scheme” he said.
Due to the adequate preparation of the outreach, Mr Emeneka, who is also a pharmacist, said the people of the area would feel the impact.
Enugwu Aguleri Autonomous Community Traditional Ruler, Eze Chukwuemeka Eri prayed for God’s strength for greater achievements and also thanked him for the free medical outreach in his remark. He also admired the member’s performance and praised him enthusiastically for his creative thoughts in the State Assembly.
Free medical outreach beneficiaries, Mr John Ozomena and Mrs Alochukwu Chinwuba prayed for God’s blessings on Emeneka’s family for using him to touch the lives of his constituents after they were given free drugs.
Members of the Eze’s cabinet, President General of the women wing, Mrs Akala Ikeli graced the event.
