FESTAC Africa 2023 Set To Hold In Tanzania

The highly anticipated FESTAC Africa 2023, the largest festival in Africa, is scheduled to take place in the Northern Tourist City of Arusha, Tanzania in May of this year.

The event is expected to attract prominent African personalities from all over the globe.

FESTAC is a celebration of cultures and heritage which features an impressive array of arts, fashion, music, storytelling, poetry, film, short stories, travel, tourism, hospitality, food and dance from different countries and continents around the world.

The forthcoming FESTAC Africa 2023 “Destination Arusha” slated to hold from May 21 to 27 is the World’s Fourth Black and African Festival of Arts and Culture.

Eko Destination Ltd has secured endorsement from organizers in order to simplify the process for prospective visitors from Nigeria and around the world. This comes as the company aims to promote business opportunities in the region.

Mr. Yinka Abioye, Chairman of the Inspire Africa Connect Group and Festac Renaissance, had visited Lagos earlier this year to offer his support for the initiative.

In a recent statement, Mr. Apata Samson Nunayon, the Chief Executive of Eko Destination Limited, announced that all exhibitors from Lagos will have a unique opportunity to address the audience directly at the event.

The CEO revealed that Eko Tourism Online Radio, a leading media partner based in Lagos, will be present on the ground at the event to broadcast all activities live.

FESTAC Africa 2023 will also explore Tanzania’s spectacular landscapes and wildlife treasures on this exceptional safari adventure which lends itself perfectly to Great Migration experiences.

It provides a platform for businesses to connect with the right network by giving room for collaboration and showcasing the latest products and services, connecting marketing professionals and buyers.

Attendees at the festival will get chances to experience Africa through travel and tourism and explore Arusha and Tanzania during the festival week.

They will also get chances to visit Africa’s leading wildlife parks, including the beautiful Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti National Park and the Spice Island of Zanzibar or hiking the famous Mount Kilimanjaro.

Julius W Garvey, Managing Director and Chairman of Marcus Garvey is expected to be the Keynote Speaker at the FESTAC Africa 2023 event.
