Maverick musician, Charles Oputa popularly known as Charly Boy and his squad on Wednesday met wit the Governor of Anambra State, Willie Maduabuchukwu Obiano -who endorsed the forthcoming Njiko Carnival. The first eastern carnival for the lovers of arts and culture which is billed for the 28th – 30th December 2015 at Oguta blue lake in Imo state.
