Anambra CP Kuryas Strengthens Collaboration With Sister Security Agencies

The Anambra State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Monday Kuryas has commenced visits  to all heads of different security agencies in the state to foster strong partnerships between them, especially as the Anambra State November six gubernatorial election draws closer.

 

Mr. Kuryas during his visit to the 302 Artillery Regiment of the Nigerian Army, Onitsha, to familiarize  with the new commander, Colonel Abdulsalam Sambo towards ensuring the protection of life and property  of Ndi Anambra, solicits strong partnership among all the security agencies.

Mr. Kuryas appreciated the support accorded to the command over the years and expressed the hope that the synergy between the police and Nigerian army will boost security network in the state.

Responding, Colonel Sambo explained that the mandate of the army as enshrined in the constitution in civil matters is to provide support to the police force and assured that the visit will enhance better performance between the two sister security agencies.
