English singer and songwriter Adele has released the first, song Easy on Me, accompanied with a video from her new album “30” after six years. The singer announced on her social media page that she begun work on her album three years ago and also referred to her new album as the “Friend” who got her through the “Most turbulent period of her life.”
Since its release, the song has become Spotify’s most-streamed single in a day with 19.749 million streams, the biggest single day stream count for any song in chart history. It has also become the #1 song on Apple’s Global Music Singles chart.
Adele released her last studio album, “25” in November 2015.
