The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has announced the appointment of a new board of directors for Keystone Bank, aimed at driving the bank’s continued growth. Lady Ada Chukwudozie has been named the board chairman, and she is joined by five non-executive directors as well as two executive directors.
Lady Ada Chukwudozie, who now leads the board, brings with her nearly 30 years of experience in business strategy and management. Alongside her, the non-executive directors, including Abdul-Rahman Esene, Mrs. Fola Akande, Akintola Ayodeji Olusoji, Obijiaku Samuel, and Senator Farouk Bello, offer their diverse expertise from various industries. The two executive directors, Ladi Oluwole and Abubakar Usman Bello, provide in-depth knowledge of risk management and client services, ensuring that the bank remains well-positioned in these critical areas.
Keystone Bank’s Managing Director and CEO, Hassan Imam, expressed his optimism regarding the new board.
