“Sex for Grades” or sexual molestation by lecturers within the educational sector is gradually becoming a prevalent scourge and it’s slipping beyond control.
Xender Modeling Agency (in collaboration with the National Association of Nigerian Students, Yoruba Students Council Of Nigeria, and National Female Students Association of Nigeria), is an organization that aspires to be the voice – nationally, for the drive towards the prevention and eradication of sexual exploitation of vulnerable young girls and ladies within the tertiary education sector.
The Queen of Nigerian Institutions Beauty Pageant is a vibrant project from the robust vision of Xender Modeling Agency, which is driven by the potential and capacity of an empowered Nigerian woman and the belief that young ladies are strong change influencers, hence the THEME: A Queen Illuminating her World.
This pageant is targeted at female students in Nigerian Institutions, to drive positive change amongst young womenfolk, towards the rebranding of Nigerian Institutions, and any issue confronting womanhood, humanitarian services, and social events. Xender Modeling Agency is quite passionate about this dream and promises to do its best to make it possible.
The aim is to inspire, motivate, and lift young women to the realization that they are strong, independent, capable young ladies who can accomplish anything they set their minds to. Beyond talent and beauty, the winner of the Queen of Nigerian Institutions Beauty Pageant, will during her reign, be a beacon of hope and justice against this illness that has plagued our society(sex for grades). She will be that voice to the voiceless and serve as an integrating point to all parties at all levels that want to see this scourge rooted out of our society, thereby creating a resoundingly positive impact within and outside the Nigerian Educational System. We desire that the contestants will understand that having a positive attitude, self-respect, and respect for others, and the fulfillment of knowing that they are good role models, will last much longer than beauty or a crown.

This pageant is one of its kind as it supersedes the stereotype of how “pageantry models” should look. Females of any height and body size can participate and there are lots of prizes to be won, including A Master’s/PHD Scholarship program, A Laptop, 1 million Naira cash, and A Brand New Car.
Auditions are currently ongoing and have already been held in the South-South and Northern regions of Nigeria, but it’s not too late as you can still participate.
