The governorship candidate representing the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Anambra State, Prof. Charles Soludo has made a series of promises to his people. Speaking at the launch of his campaign in Awka on September 25, the governorship candidate made sure to ensure the people that his tenure would bring a “turn around” for them.
His promises were of job creation, start up capital for young entrepreneurs, electricity, digitalization of businesses in the state by providing almost free WIFI internet connectivity. “I will be the chief marketing officer of made-in Anambra goods and services as a way promoting businesses.”
While highlighting his major promises, Prof. Charles Soludo said he would provide 130,000 jobs annually, and create 1,000 millionaires to boost job creation.
“Anambra is going to be the digital tribe in Nigeria. We’re going to work with telecom providers in the country to achieve this. You must get yourself immersed into the world of tomorrow.”
